Sendbaze sends transactional email from your own domain through Amazon SES in Cape Town, and SMS through South African networks. Every send returns an id in milliseconds; delivery is reported by webhook and in the dashboard logs. To get started you need:
  1. A Sendbaze API key
  2. Your own domain, verified with Sendbaze. Not ready yet? Every organisation can send its first 100 live emails to its own addresses from onboarding@sendbaze.com; see send before your domain is verified.
Then you can send both types of email:
  • Transactional email: order confirmations, OTPs, password resets, invoices. One recipient, triggered by an event.
  • Marketing email: newsletters and promotions to people who opted in. Sendbaze adds the unsubscribe headers and watches your complaint rate for you.
